Program Educational Objectives


The objectives of the Electrical Engineering/ Power and Control program are:

  • Apply the knowledge in power and control engineering fundamentals, mathematics, and computing to solve a wide range of technical problems.
  • Have the ability to interact with others as leaders and team members.
  • Ability to continue their education in power and control or any other lifelong learning program.
  • Attain a high level of professionalism and ethical responsibilities.

 

 

1. Apply the knowledge in power and control engineering fundamentals, mathematics, and computing to solve a wide range of technical problems. a) An ability to apply knowledge of mathematics, science and engineering.
b) An ability to design and conduct experiments, as well as to analyze and interpret data.
c) An ability to design a system, component, or process to meet desired needs.
e) An ability to identify, formulate and solve engineering problems.
k) An ability to use the techniques, skills, and modern engineering tools necessary for engineering practice.
