SUMMARY
Eighteen years of multi-industry experience in Development, Business, Quality Analyst, and Education. Responsibilities included developing and maintaining code in several programming languages, managing projects, analyzing systems, designing systems and test plans, developing business requirements, Designing Database objects, scripting, and teaching that performed successfully in both mainframe and Client/Server environments.

Sr. Business & Quality Analyst (Team Lead): Managed projects and testing efforts, analyzed existing systems, developed business requirements, improved and maintained the quality of the developed software and client-requested enhancements to meet and eventually exceed the requirements and the expectations of the clients, hired additional quality analyst team members, and designed test plans/test scripts.

INTERIM TECHNOLOGY (SPHERION), OAK BROOK, IL – CONSULTING FEB. 1998 – AUG.1999
Sr. (Developer & Quality Analyst): Managed projects, analyzed systems, developed database objects, designed test plans, developed business requirements, created and executed test conditions and test cases scripts, and programmed in several languages. Proceeding tasks performed successfully in both mainframe and Client/Server environments (online and batch). Assignments were conducted at Morgan Stanley (VKAC), WW Grainger, and First Chicago (Bank One).
Team Lead at (Van Kampen American Capital – VKAC): Analyzed data warehouse and developed programs based on new requirements. Developed database objects for data warehouse and designed test plans. Development and testing were conducted manually on both online and batch processes. Tests were executed on multiple platforms.
Manager at (W.W.Grainger): Updated, created, executed, transferred and documented system programs and database. Gave assessments and recommendations to either enhance or replace the system.
Team Lead at (Bank One): Created, executed and documented software QA plans and test cases that focused on requirements-based testing throughout the complete testing life cycle. Testing services included strategy and planning, unit, integration, user acceptance and process implementation testing. Testing was conducted both manually and automated by utilizing Mercury’s WINRUNNER. Tests were executed on multiple platforms.

System Analyst/Developer: Analyzed, designed, coded, and re-coded. Projects covered but not limited to inventory, cash management and control, sales and reports.
