Through our undergraduate and graduate programs, the Digital Marketing Department aims to prepare outstanding graduates with deep academic knowledge and advanced practical skills, enabling them to face the challenges of the changing job market and meet its needs in various digital marketing fields.

The department offers the following educational programs:
- **Bachelor's Program in Digital Marketing**: This program provides a comprehensive study plan aimed at equipping students with the fundamentals of modern digital marketing, with a focus on the technical and creative skills required in this field.
- **Master’s Program in Digital Marketing**: This program focuses on empowering graduate students with a deep, strategic understanding of digital marketing, offering them the opportunity to apply theoretical concepts in real-life scenarios through projects, theses, and distinguished research papers.

The Marketing Department was established in the academic year 1993–1994 and has since continued to make remarkable progress in research and teaching. Today, the department is recognized as one of the leading departments in the field of digital marketing locally.
In response to modern technological advancements, the Digital Marketing Department was established in the academic year 2022–2023. It integrates academic excellence with practical application, reflecting the department's commitment to adapting to global economic changes.
The Digital Marketing Department offers a variety of academic programs at both the undergraduate and graduate levels:
1. **Bachelor’s Program in Digital Marketing:**
- This program includes a comprehensive study plan comprising **132 credit hours**, covering both theoretical and practical courses in various marketing fields.
- Courses are offered in **both Arabic and English**, aiming to prepare graduates capable of meeting the evolving demands of the digital marketing industry.
2. **Master’s Program in Digital Marketing:**
- Designed to provide graduate students with a well-rounded educational experience enriched by scientific research.
- The program offers two study tracks:
- **Thesis Track:** Requires completion of **33 credit hours** along with a research thesis.
- **Comprehensive Track:** Requires completion of **33 credit hours** and passing a comprehensive exam.
The department is dedicated to achieving academic and professional excellence, relying on a highly qualified faculty that combines research expertise with practical experience.
Achievements:
The Digital Marketing Department at the Faculty of Business at Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan has achieved remarkable accomplishments that have contributed to enhancing the academic and professional reputation of the faculty. Among these achievements are the development of innovative digital marketing strategies that helped attract more students, in addition to improving interaction on social media platforms, which strengthened the digital presence of the faculty. The names of both the undergraduate and graduate programs were changed from Marketing to Digital Marketing in line with the requirements of the job market. Moreover, the undergraduate program has been aligned with the National Qualifications Framework.
