Firas Rifai, BSc, MSc, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor in Business Administration (Entrepreneurship & Innovation) at Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan, Amman. He has a PhD from the Philipps University of Marburg - Germany. His main research interest focuses on Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Creativity and Logistics. He participated in many research projects, published research papers, and authored several books in different fields focusing on Entrepreneurship and Innovation within universities. In his career path, he was the Head of the Finance & Banking Department, and after he was the Assistant Dean for Quality Assurance. One of the accomplishments he made was establishing and managing the first Business Incubator at Al Zaytoonah University of Jordan; this accomplishment led to the creation of the Entrepreneurship & Innovation Center Which seeks with unremitting efforts from Dr. Firas to achieve its goals in transforming current and graduated students from job seekers into job creators.
