University’s Library was founded alongside the founding of the university in 1993. The library building consists of three floors with a total area of 5,225 square meters and a capacity of 1,050 seats.

University has ensured that its library is advanced to meet the modern needs of researchers, students, faculty members, visitors from the local community, and guests from abroad.

Library provides information and learning resources in various paper and electronic formats, serving as a primary source of learning resources for curricula and study courses across all academic disciplines. It also provides the necessary hardware, software, and furniture to facilitate the needs of researchers from both inside and outside the university. It is equipped to receive and serve people with special needs.

University has strived to ensure that the library meets local and international quality requirements and standards, as well as general and special accreditation criteria.

University’s library has allocated a sufficient budget to meet these requirements, in addition to providing technical and administrative staff specialized in the field of informatics.

It has been keen to cooperate with local and international institutions to provide the latest paper and electronic information sources through agreements and contracts, participating with providers of electronic databases, peer-reviewed and internationally classified scientific journals and periodicals, and becoming a member of academic institutions.

To develop an advanced university library that aims to support university's educational process and its activities in preserving human intellectual heritage, keeping pace with research, development, publishing, and community interaction. This is achieved by acquiring, organizing, and facilitating the use of various information resources, and by providing various information services to beneficiaries from within and outside the university.
