Since 2008, the College has adopted the computerized examination system in cooperation with the University Computer Center for all examinations of the Faculty of Nursing. The faculty began applying e-learning to cover all nursing courses during the year 2017, which contributes to the improvement of the academic level of students and is in line with modern education in addition to facilitating communication between students and faculty members. In addition, the faculty started from the academic year 2017-2018 the adoption of e-learning system as a way to evaluate the courses of the faculty by students and conduct and survey students’ opinions and evaluation of the subjects electronically.
In the academic year 2018-2019, the University established an e-learning office, through which electronic materials were downloaded, e-exams were held, and courses were evaluated.
With the Corona pandemic in March 2020, the shift to e-learning was completely changed, as the learning system became distance learning. All lectures and exams were given through the university’s website. A special site for exams was created to be held without conflicting with the site for lectures. The faculty members were continuously monitored, and lectures and workshops were given to train faculty members on using the site, downloading lectures and writing exams.
With the start of 2021 and according to the foundations of national qualifications, the work of blended education has been started at the university, so that there are face-to-face courses, integrated courses, and electronic courses.
