It is an accredited certificate recognized locally and internationally that proves that its holder has an academic qualification in the use of basic computer skills, and has knowledge in the field of information technology based on curricula with approved international standards and standardized tests whose performance is supervised. The International Computer Driving License has gained international and local fame .
Studying the ICDL program does not concern a specific individual. Rather, it concerns all individuals, because of its clear importance in our daily lives, as it is constantly requested to be used by individuals and public and private institutions. The center holds training courses for the International Computer Driving License throughout the year for university students, and for any members of the local community who wish. It also holds International Computer Driving License ( International) examination sessions, as this center is accredited by (ICDL - Jordan).

Determine the language of taking the exams from the beginning (Arabic or English) . It is not permissible to change the language after submitting the first exam .

It is not required to take the ICDL course , but it is preferable to take it to familiarize yourself with the required topics and the examination method. Note that the cost is 75 dinars for non-university students and 50 dinars for students of Zaytouna University

It is not necessary to take the exams in order .

It is possible to book more than one exam per day depending on the number of sessions on that day .

Exams are booked according to the sessions available at the university and on the specified dates .

To book any exam (after the first time), you must present your exam card number and ID .

Payment of exam fees amounting to (75) dinars for (7) exams and (60) dinars for (4) exams.

Exam fees may not be refunded after submitting one exam, as the card is reserved for the same person and cannot be transferred to another person

Exam fees, retake fees (8) dinars, or emergency session fees (10 dinars) are paid at the Finance Department, and you receive a financial receipt for the amount paid .

The exam is given in the counseling center in ICDL Laboratory 1, ground floor

Civil status ID (presented at every exam session)

To attend at least a quarter of an hour before the exam , Any delay after the scheduled session time will prevent entry into the exam .

Show proof of identity to the examinee before the start of the exam .

The examinee is not allowed to bring any material related to the exam during the exam session .

It is not permitted to use any book during the exam session, and it is permitted to use the provided Help sheet .

Examinees are not allowed to talk to each other .

The examiner can only address the examiner on technical issues related to computers or software .

It is not allowed to talk to the subject teacher during the session .

The duration of the exam is 45 minutes .

All examinees must turn off their mobile phones before starting the exam .

In the event of a violation of exam instructions, the exam will be terminated immediately for the violating examinee by the examiner .

If any examinee is asked to leave the examination hall, he must implement that request and discuss his case at a later time outside the examination hall .

The reservation can be canceled at least one day before the exam date. Otherwise, he is considered a participant in the exam, and even if he is absent from the session, the exam will be deducted from the student’s balance .

The certificate is issued by the ICDL office in Amman - and the certificate is received from the center at the university one week after the date of successful completion of the exams
