About :
The Computer Science Department at Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan was established in 1993 and currently includes 20 faculty members who provide high-quality and advanced education. The department has approximately 680 students enrolled, and the number of graduates has exceeded 3,035. Of these, more than 3,000 have earned bachelor's degrees, while 35 have obtained master's degrees.
Since its inception, the department has been distinguished by remarkable research achievements, with over 250 research papers published in prestigious international scientific journals and more than 70 papers presented at international and local conferences. The department offers a comprehensive academic program that combines theoretical education with practical training, with a special focus on areas of computer science and software development.
The department aims to prepare qualified graduates capable of meeting the challenges of the job market by providing an innovative educational environment and advanced laboratories, thereby reinforcing its position as one of the leading departments in computer science.
