About :

The Department of Electrical Engineering is the first department established within the Faculty of Engineering and Technology at Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan. The department is distinguished by its ability to keep pace with the rapid advancements in the field of electrical engineering while maintaining a strong foundation in the basics. It provides students with a solid engineering background that prepares them to enter the job market in general, in addition to offering the depth needed to specialize in a particular area or pursue graduate studies. This is achieved through programs that align with rapid technological developments and the evolving demands of the labor market, namely: 1- Communications and Computer (CCE). 2- Power and Control Engineering (PCE). 3- Smart Systems and Communication Engineering (SCE). Each program is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills required to excel in their chosen field, with a strong emphasis on practical applications through laboratories and hands-on learning. This is accomplished through having an experienced and knowledgeable faculty members, who are committed to providing students with a challenging and rewarding educational experience. Graduates of the department are well-equipped to pursue careers in a wide range of industries, including telecommunications, power generation and distribution, and automation and control systems.
