She began her academic career with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Al-Zaytoonah University (1999), followed by a Master's degree in Clinical Care Nursing (2003), and culminated in a PhD in Nursing from the University of Jordan. She has held various academic positions at Al-Zaytoonah University, from lecturer to associate professor, and has held important leadership roles, including Dean of the College of Nursing, Vice Dean, and Head of Department, in addition to her professional supervision in the intensive care unit at Amman Surgical Hospital. She has left a distinguished mark in developing nursing education and promoting scientific research, believing that true success is embodied in the human and scientific impact a nurse has on the lives of patients and students.
Dr. Mohammed Al-Ali is a distinguished professor at the College of Nursing at Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan. He graduated with the highest academic degrees from leading academic institutions: he holds a PhD in Nursing (2024) from the Arab American University in collaboration with Jacksonville University in Florida, a Master’s degree in Health Services Administration (2014) from Yarmouk University in collaboration with the Royal College - Ireland, in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (2008) from Al-Zaytoonah University. He has made steady progress in the academic field, rising from lecturer to associate professor at the Arab American University - Jenin, holding key leadership positions, such as training office coordinator, clinical supervisor, and simulation center coordinator. He also represents the American Heart Association (AHA) as a certified BLS and ACLS instructor. He has been instrumental in developing curricula and educational programs, and his research focuses on critical care nursing and nursing education. In 2021, he was appointed as a lecturer at Al-Zaytoonah University, then received a doctoral scholarship in intensive care from the University of Jordan, graduating in 2025 with honors. Today, he serves as an Assistant Professor, embodying the message that nursing is not just a profession, but a life, a mission, and an indelible legacy.
