Preparing employment contracts for new hired employees, also the annual renewal contracts, in accordance with what is required by the Accreditation and Quality Assurance Commission of Higher Education Institutions.

Supervising the personnel affairs of faculty members, administrative employees, and workers at the university (appointment, transfer, promotion, experience certificates, annual increases, etc.).

Supervising health insurance services for university employees in coordination with the insurance company.

Cooperating with deans and directors in providing the necessary data to achieve general and private accreditation requirements.

Expressing legal and administrative opinions regarding university employees' issues.

Participation in university employees' investigation committees.

Preparing the department annual plan and annual report.

Preparing the department annual budget.

Preparing the university employees annual training plan and following up on its implementation.
