The Transportation Department manages and supervises the services provided, in addition to developing them in line with the university’s vision and the highest standards. The buses are equipped with many capabilities to suit the needs of students and ensure safe and easy transportation through a large bus network that extends over a network that includes many areas; such as: Amman, Madaba, Salt and Zarqa. It is also equipped with a camera surveillance system and a GPS tracking system.

- Instructions for using buses :

• Maintaining the cleanliness of the bus and not consuming drinks or food inside the bus

• Do not move around on the bus while driving

• Do not get off and on from the bus while it is moving.

• Respect other passengers and do not use a loud voice or utter words that offend others

• Arrive at least five minutes before the start of the next tour to the university

• The departure schedule for the tour is uploaded at least ten minutes before its scheduled time on the screens in front of the traffic management offices, so that it is possible to know the buses departing for the tour and their locations.

• The tour is canceled if the number of students is less than seven

• The Traffic Department has the right to connect more than one area on the same bus, as needed
