Researchers are encouraged to submit their work electronically. Each submitted paper must not exceed 8 single-spaced pages, including illustrations. The first page should include the title, author name(s), affiliation, address (city and country), and e-mail address, followed by a brief abstract and a set of key words. |

Authors are recommended to specify the topic of the paper in a cover letter based on the list of conference topics. Submissions should be made electronically as MS Word documents to be reviewed, where final camera-ready submissions should be in MS Word format, where pages should not be numbered, A template for paper format is available below: |

Each papers will be fully refereed by at least two qualified referees. Before final acceptance, all referee comments must be considered. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings. |
