The library's organizational structure consists of 5 main divisions as follows:
1- Acquisition Division
This division is responsible for supplying the library with information resources (books), both paper and electronic, of all types, such as encyclopaedias, dictionaries, and other forms of books necessary for the academic educational process and scientific research requirements. It also supports all academic programs and updates these resources in accordance with general and special accreditation requirements and local and international quality standards.
2- Cataloguing Division
This division is responsible for the technical operations of information resources necessary for preservation and retrieval processes, in accordance with the university's approved international standards, plans, and programs.
3- General and Special Collections and Reference Division
The division consists of six large reading rooms (book halls (Arabic 1 + Arabic 2 + Foreign Languages)), a reference hall, a special collections hall, and a seminar hall. It trains and guides users on how to use the library wisely, developing their skills in accessing the information they need for their research and studies in both print and digital sources. It also provides group guidance services to students in the reference hall. The seminar hall is used to organize discussion groups, workshops, and academic lectures. It is equipped with a computer, a data show projector, a whiteboard, speakers, and a microphone.
4- Circulation Division
Responsible for providing all lend, return, and reservation services, organizing these processes according to available software, developing these processes, and maintaining ongoing communication with the research community. It also conveys their opinions and suggestions, as well as their evaluation of the level of library services.
5- Databases and Periodicals Division

The Periodicals Hall houses current issues of printed periodicals, as well as bound periodicals from previous years. It also houses a large reading room, computers connected to the internet, and the university's electronic databases.

The Databases Laboratory, which includes computers connected to electronic databases, two laser printers, one colour printer, and a scanner, serves library patrons. The laboratory provides research printing services, copying data onto electronic media, guidance and research methods for electronic resources, and developing and updating the library page on the university's website.
