The Deanship of Student Affairs was established in 1993, the same year the University welcomed its first cohort of students. Since its inception, the Deanship has strived to fulfill its mission of creating a university environment and life that support and enhance the academic role of the University. Its objectives have focused on the continuous improvement of the university environment and on activating the role of students within it by providing the best possible services.

The Deanship offers educational, awareness, and volunteer programs through its various departments, with the aim of developing students’ personalities and building their abilities, enabling them to improve their quality of life in a manner that reflects the University’s mission and the Deanship’s goals.

In addition, it provides purposeful programs designed to strengthen loyalty and belonging, foster religious values, and build principles of good citizenship. The Deanship also works on nurturing students’ talents and developing their skills in sports, theater, music, poetry, public speaking, short story writing, and drawing. It also organizes exhibitions and specialized competitions in various fields.

Furthermore, students elect representatives through the Student Council to express their needs and concerns in the different faculties, where these matters are addressed through the Deanship of Student Affairs. The Deanship also encourages students to join specialized student clubs, which serve as incubators for student activities
