Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan Organizes a Meeting for Saudi Students in the Presence of the Saudi Cultural Attaché

The Deanship of Student Affairs at Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan organized an introductory meeting that brought together senior and newly enrolled students from the Saudi community, in the presence of His Excellency the Saudi Cultural Attaché, Professor Dr. Mohammed bin Khuzaim Al-Shammari; Ms. Reem Al-Barhoumi, Director of Cultural, Media, and Public Relations Affairs at the Cultural Attaché; and the Vice President of the University, Professor Dr. Tareq Al-Qaram, along with college deans, members of the academic and administrative staff, and students. This meeting comes as part of the University’s commitment to enhancing communication with international students, providing a supportive university environment that contributes to their academic and social integration, and strengthening cultural and academic cooperation between Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan and educational institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. During the meeting, His Excellency the Saudi Cultural Attaché delivered a speech in which he affirmed the deep fraternal relations between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. He praised the role of Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan in caring for Saudi students and providing them with academic and moral support. He also urged students to work diligently and persevere in achieving their academic goals, emphasizing that their choice of Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan was a successful one, given its long-standing reputation and the diversity of its academic programs, particularly in the Nursing program, which includes the largest proportion of Saudi students. The Dean of Student Affairs also delivered a welcoming address, expressing the University’s pride in its international students and reaffirming its commitment to providing all forms of support to their educational journey and to overcoming any challenges they may face. On behalf of the Saudi student community, student Abdullah Al-Assiri delivered a speech expressing his gratitude and appreciation to the University administration and the Saudi Cultural Attaché for the support and care they provide, as well as for creating a comfortable and motivating educational environment for students. He affirmed the pride of Saudi students in their affiliation with Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan and its role in shaping their academic and cultural development. Student Marwan Al-Shammari also presented a heartfelt poem, followed by the screening of a short video highlighting the depth of the fraternal relationship between the two brotherly countries. At the conclusion of the visit, His Excellency the Ambassador, accompanied by the University President, Professor Dr. Mohammed Al-Majali, visited the Faculty of Nursing. The visit included a tour of the virtual reality laboratories for psychiatric nursing and clinical assessment, the high-fidelity simulation laboratory for maternity and obstetric nursing, and the clinical assessment simulation laboratory.


The Closing Ceremony of the 17th Global Entrepreneurship Week

Her Royal Highness Princess Sumaya bint El Hassan, President of the Royal Scientific Society and Chair of the Board of Trustees of Princess Sumaya University for Technology, patronized the closing ceremony of the 17th edition of Global Entrepreneurship Week, held under the slogan “Together We Build.” The event is organized annually by the Queen Rania Center for Entrepreneurship at the University, in strategic partnership with the Zain Innovation Platform, with the participation of 23 public and private universities. In her address, HRH Princess Sumaya emphasized that entrepreneurship in Jordan is not merely an annual event, but rather a vibrant national journey that has been ongoing since 2009. A group of students from Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan took part in the Fifth Forum for Arab Students Studying in Jordanian Universities, held under the patronage of the Speaker of the House of Representatives, His Excellency Mr. Mazen Al-Qadi, and attended by a number of former ministers, members of parliament, as well as prominent academic and political figures. The university’s participating students represented several brotherly Arab countries, including Syria, Palestine, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Iraq, and Egypt, and came from the Faculties of Pharmacy, Law, Cybersecurity, and Physical Therapy. Arab Communities Football Championship at Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan

As part of the Arab Communities Football Championship, the fields of Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan witnessed today three exciting and competitive matches filled with enthusiasm, resulting in decisive outcomes that reflected the varying technical levels and competitive spirit among the participating teams. In the first match, the Saudi community team faced the Palestinian community team, where the latter delivered a strong offensive performance, securing a remarkable 8–0 victory after dominating the game from the first minutes until the final whistle. In the second encounter, the Iraqi community team competed against the Yemeni community team in a thrilling match. The Yemeni team succeeded in turning the tables and achieving a 3–1 win in a fast-paced and intense competition between both sides. Meanwhile, the third match resulted in a technical win for the Egyptian community team with a score of 3–0, due to the absence and incomplete lineup of the Sudanese community team, granting Egypt victory in accordance with the championship regulations. The tournament continues in a distinguished sports atmosphere aimed at reinforcing brotherhood and strengthening ties among the various Arab communities, through positive competition that combines sportsmanship, enjoyment, and cultural exchange


Department of Physical Therapy at Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan Conducts Service and Awareness Activity for Student Athletes

The Department of Physical Therapy at Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan, in cooperation with the Deanship of Student Affairs, organized a service and awareness activity aimed at the early detection and treatment of sports injuries among the university’s sports teams participating in various athletic activities. The activity included providing physical therapy sessions, in addition to offering specialized guidance to student athletes on proper warm-up techniques and recovery strategies before and after matches. This contributes to enhancing their physical performance, boosting their athletic readiness, and reducing potential injuries. Third-year students from the Department of Physical Therapy participated in implementing the activity, providing field support under the supervision of specialists from the department. A total of 15 cases were diagnosed and treated. On this occasion, Prof. Dr. Samah Najib, Dean of the Faculty of Applied Medical Sciences, emphasized that organizing such initiatives reflects Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan’s commitment to providing a healthy and safe sports environment for its students, while strengthening students’ roles in applying practical skills and serving the university community. She also highlighted that the initiative reinforces the principle of integrating academic learning with practical application.

Students from the university took part in the festival’s activities on Tuesday, July 31, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. on the “Artemis Theatre,” where the university’s Dabke troupe and choir presented outstanding performances during this major cultural event. The participation of students in the Jerash Festival represents a valuable opportunity for them to engage with diverse cultures and artistic expressions. Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan Hosts Dialogue Session on “Leadership in Our Scouting Life”

Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan, through the Deanship of Student Affairs, hosted today a dialogue session titled “Leadership in Our Scouting Life,” organized by the Scouts and Guides Department at the Ministry of Youth, with the participation of university students and members of its Rover Crew. The session began with a welcoming speech by Dr. Ma’moun Abu Hammad, Vice Dean of Student Affairs, who expressed the university’s appreciation for its active partnership with the Ministry of Youth, affirming the university’s continuous support for scouting programs and purposeful student activities. Dean of Student Affairs at Al-Zaytoonah University Crowns Winners of the Electronic Games Championship

The Dean of Student Affairs at Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan, Dr. Muneer Afeeshat, crowned the winners of the Gran Turismo Electronic Games Championship, in the presence of the Vice Dean, Dr. Ma'moun Abu Hammoud, and the Director of Student Activities, Dr. Bassam Abdulrazzaq. The championship was organized by the Deanship of Student Affairs in cooperation with Desert Fox Racing. The competition featured the participation of 65 students from various faculties of the university, in an exciting atmosphere full of enthusiasm, where participants demonstrated distinguished skills in a tournament that attracted a large student audience. The results of the championship were as follows: First Place: Youssef Khalil Shuheitt – Faculty of Science and Information Technology Second Place: Samer Madi – Faculty of Arts Third Place: Ahmad Mohammad Qouqa – Faculty of Science At the end of the event, Dr. Muneer Afeeshat also honored student Malik Ahmad Musleh from the Faculty of Business for winning first place in the university’s Badminton Tournament. Al-Zaytoonah University Holds Awareness Lecture on Drugs, Community Peace, Cybercrime, and Criminal Information

The Deanship of Student Affairs at Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan organized an awareness lecture titled “The Drug Scourge, Community Peace, Cybercrime and Its Risks, and Criminal Information”, in cooperation with the Public Security Directorate. The session was attended by members of the academic and administrative staff, along with a large number of students. The lecture, moderated by the Vice Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Ma’moun Abu Hammoud, featured several speakers: Lt. Anas Al-Marayaat from the Cybercrime Unit, Lt. Badr Al-Manasir from the Community Peace Center, Lt. Anas Al-Sa’aydeh from the Anti-Narcotics Department, Lt. Turki Al-Ajarmah from the Criminal Information Department, in the presence of Major Majed Al-Batoush from Community Police, along with other officers from the Public Security Directorate. The speakers addressed several key topics aimed at enhancing youth awareness. Lt. Anas Al-Sa’aydeh presented an overview of the main strategies used by specialized authorities in combating drug abuse, explaining its dangers to individuals and society, and urging students to support community awareness and report suspicious cases. Meanwhile, Lt. Anas Al-Marayaat discussed cybercrime and its risks, outlining the most common forms of electronic fraud and emphasizing the importance of protecting personal accounts and data through secure digital practices. Lt. Badr Al-Manasir highlighted the concept of community peace and its role in strengthening national security, stressing the need to reject hate speech and violence, and to promote values of understanding and cooperation within society. At the end of the lecture, an open discussion was held between students and the speakers, during which questions were answered and important security insights were provided. The session concluded with an emphasis on the significant role of security awareness in fostering social responsibility among youth.


Al-Zaytoonah University Hosts Introductory Workshop on the Digital Career Accelerator Program for Youth Empowerment

The Deanship of Student Affairs at Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan organized an introductory workshop on the Career Accelerator Program, launched by the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship and implemented by INJAZ, in partnership with Intaj and several major global tech companies, as part of the Youth, Technology, and Jobs Project. The program aims to enhance youth digital competencies and connect them with real employment opportunities in the local and regional markets by training them in highly demanded digital skills, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analysis, and software development, under the supervision of certified experts and academics. During the workshop, participants were introduced to the program’s key benefits, registration mechanisms, and opportunities for free training courses. Success stories of previous trainees who secured jobs after completing the training program were also highlighted. The Deanship of Student Affairs emphasized the university’s commitment to equipping its students with modern digital skills and providing a supportive learning environment that enables them to keep pace with digital transformation and knowledge economy requirements. Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan Celebrates the Graduation of the 29th Cohort of Summer Semester Students

Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan celebrated the graduation of the 29th cohort of summer semester students for the academic year 2024/2025, under the patronage of the University President, Professor Dr. Mohammad Al-Majali, in the presence of faculty and administrative members, along with the families of the graduates. In his speech during the ceremony, Professor Al-Majali expressed his pride in graduating a new group of students from a university that has upheld a noble educational mission since its establishment, continuously striving to position itself among distinguished academic institutions and to prepare generations who believe in the values of dedication and nation-building. He pointed out that celebrating the graduation in conjunction with the beginning of a new academic year adds greater significance to the event, wishing that it marks the beginning of a year filled with success, loyalty, and achievements that contribute to the growth of the university and the nation, under the wise Hashemite leadership. Al-Majali affirmed that Jordan will always remain strong, proud, and free, and that such occasions will continue to represent milestones of joy and a way of life that elevates the nation and deepens loyalty. He emphasized that Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan prides itself on being an integral part of this country, working with team spirit to achieve what many universities have not. He explained that the university currently hosts 17,000 students across 9 faculties, offering 34 undergraduate programs and 15 postgraduate programs. He added that the university recently obtained approval from the Higher Education Council to establish a technical college offering diploma degrees, which positively impacted student enrollment, with 2,650 new students so far, including 935 international students, raising the expected total number of students to 18,000 at the beginning of the new year. Al-Majali highlighted the university’s noticeable achievements in various areas, including scientific research, academic program quality, international rankings and accreditations, community service, newly introduced programs, conferences, agreements, infrastructure development, student support programs, and extracurricular activities. He concluded his speech by congratulating the graduates and their families, wishing them a bright future and encouraging them to remain the best ambassadors of this distinguished academic institution. On behalf of the graduates, Mariam Al-Eisawi from the Faculty of Law delivered a speech expressing their pride in reaching this milestone, which reflects their hard work and ambitions for a promising future. Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan Organizes a Lecture Titled “Ask the Financial and Banking Expert”

The Deanship of Student Affairs at Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan organized a specialized awareness lecture titled “Ask the Financial and Banking Expert,” delivered by Dr. Maher Al-Mahrouq, President of the Association of Banks in Jordan. The lecture was attended by Dr. Haya Masalha, Vice Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Bilal Al-Wadi, Director of the Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, along with faculty members and students from the Faculty of Business. During the lecture, Dr. Al-Mahrouq reviewed the crucial role of the Association of Banks in Jordan as the representative body of the banking sector before the government and parliament. He explained that fulfilling this role requires maintaining a balance between research and training, in addition to advancing social responsibility, financial awareness, and addressing challenges facing citizens within the banking system. Dr. Al-Mahrouq highlighted that the banking sector is the largest component of the Jordanian economy, with total bank assets reaching 72 billion Jordanian dinars, nearly twice the size of the national economy. He also noted that Jordanian deposits total approximately 47 billion dinars, while credit facilities and deposits amount to around 35 billion dinars, indicating the sector’s depth and vital impact in supporting and sustaining all economic activities. He also emphasized the low level of financial literacy among many segments of Jordanian society, stressing the need to enhance financial awareness through modern and accessible tools such as FINAPP, the first Arabic platform specialized in financial education. Available as a mobile application, FINAPP provides simplified information, illustrations, and interactive videos aimed at strengthening financial literacy among youth and the general public. Additionally, Dr. Al-Mahrouq discussed the role of CRIF Jordan, a company licensed by the Central Bank of Jordan that specializes in providing credit information services. The platform enables users to inquire about their credit data and financial records, helping promote transparency and enabling individuals to make more informed financial decisions. This event comes as part of the university’s ongoing efforts to enhance students’ understanding of contemporary economic and financial issues, preparing them for deeper insight into market mechanisms and vital economic sectors in Jordan. The initiative supports the university’s commitment to equipping students for effective participation in professional life and empowering them to handle personal financial matters responsibly and independently.


President of Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan Welcomes Delegation from the Palestinian Ministry of Higher Education to Strengthen Academic Cooperation

Professor Mohammed Al-Majali, President of Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan, welcomed an academic delegation from the Palestinian Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, consisting of 32 participants led by Mr. Ayman Al-Houdali, Head of the Student Affairs Unit at the Ministry, along with representatives from several Palestinian universities. The meeting was also attended by the Cultural Attaché at the Embassy of the State of Palestine in Amman, Mr. Mahmoud Al-Subeihi, Dean of Student Affairs at Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan, Dr. Muneer Afeeshat, and Vice Dean Dr. Haya Al-Masalha. The visit aimed to learn about the university’s experience in student empowerment, mechanisms for managing student activities, and to strengthen cooperation frameworks in extracurricular activities between Palestinian universities and the Ministry of Higher Education. Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan Celebrates the 79th Independence Day of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan

Under the patronage of H.E. Dr. Abdullah Ensour, Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan, the university organized a national celebration on the occasion of the 79th Independence Day of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The event was attended by the university president, Professor Mohammed Al-Majali; Chairman of the Board of Directors, Eng. Eyad Al-Qarm; Vice Chairman of the Board, Eng. Abdul Latif Mar’i; members of the Board of Trustees; the governor of Naour District, Dr. Mohammed Mufleh Al-Hussami; a number of parliament members; representatives from various security agencies and community police; as well as Vice President Professor Tareq Al-Qarm, deans, directors, faculty and administrative staff, and university students. In his speech, Professor Al-Majali conveyed heartfelt congratulations to His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al-Hussein and His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al-Hussein bin Abdullah II. He emphasized that Independence Day represents a shining milestone in Jordan’s history and a national event that reflects the unity of the Jordanian people and their support for the Hashemite leadership. Dr. Bara’ Al-Shawakhfeh and Dr. Fadi Ghassan were recognized for supervising a research project that won second place in a national competition. Furthermore, students honored for winning fourth place worldwide in the 2024 English Language Olympiad were Sarah Al-Shanti, Zaid Haitham Hussein, Hossam Hefthi Hafez, Jude Mousa Al-Zaghoul, and Dana Mohammad Hassan. Student Malik Saleh Abdullah Al-Hididi from the Faculty of Arts was honored for winning second place in Arabic short story writing and second place in English short story writing at Al-Zaytoonah University. In sports achievements, students Nazmi Atef Hussein, Younes Abdullah Ahmad, Mohammad Atef Hussein, Hamza Al-Kurdi, Hamza Rami, Ata Odeh, Basel Al-Hasanat, and Lynn Omar received gold medals and first place in the Karate Championship of the Jordanian Universities Sports Federation, while student Nazmi Atef Hussein also received individual gold and first place in the same championship. Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan Holds Awareness Lecture on Cybercrime

The Deanship of Student Affairs at Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan organized a specialized awareness lecture delivered by Captain Ayoub Abu Rabee from the Cybercrime Unit at the Public Security Directorate. Captain Abu Rabee, an accredited expert at the Ministry of Justice in the field of cybercrime and digital evidence, has served in the unit since its establishment in 2008. During the lecture, Captain Abu Rabee explained the concept of cybercrime under Jordanian law, noting that it includes any act causing material or moral harm through the use of information technology. Such crimes include data encryption attacks, targeting financial and security institutions, and ATM card fraud through the installation of credit card skimming devices. He emphasized that most cybercrimes are committed through social media platforms, adding that the Cybercrime Unit—established in 2008 under the Criminal Investigation Department—has witnessed a significant development in the nature of cyber cases. He noted that Jordan’s first Cybercrime Law, No. 27 of 2015, did not cover all emerging types of digital crimes, which necessitated its amendment in 2023. The updated law now includes provisions addressing electronic blackmail, online financial fraud, and artificial intelligence impersonation crimes due to their increasing prevalence. Captain Abu Rabee revealed that the number of cybercrime cases did not exceed 40–50 cases in 2008, whereas in 2024 it reached approximately 24,000 cases, most of which involved electronic extortion and fraud through social media platforms. He also highlighted the role of the Digital Forensics Laboratory, which operates under the Cybercrime Unit. The lab tracks digital accounts by examining confiscated devices such as computers and mobile phones, preparing detailed technical reports containing data, images, and conversations to be submitted to judicial authorities. Additionally, he explained that the unit works on preventive and corrective measures by analyzing data related to cybercrimes and studying crime patterns such as financial fraud and account theft, aiming to develop strategies to prevent these crimes before they occur. The President of Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan, Professor Dr. Mohammad Al-Majali, inaugurated the 11th Arab Communities Fair organized by the Deanship of Student Affairs, in the presence of distinguished diplomatic and cultural representatives and broad participation from several Arab countries. Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan Organizes a Fun Day for Children with Cancer

The Deanship of Student Affairs at Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan organized a special fun day for children with cancer, in cooperation with the King Hussein Cancer Center. The event took place at the university’s sports stadium and included a variety of activities that brought joy and happiness to the participating children, such as face painting, singing performances, balloon games, in addition to providing lunch and distributing special gifts to the children. A total of 39 children participated in the event accompanied by their mothers. The activities received great interaction from the attendees and helped alleviate the psychological pressures experienced by the children due to their long treatment journey. The university made sure to provide a safe and comfortable atmosphere for the children and their mothers throughout the event. The organizers emphasized that this activity comes as part of the university’s commitment to social responsibility and its continuous efforts to promote values of solidarity and humanity among its students and the local community. They also highlighted the importance of such initiatives in inspiring hope in the hearts of sick children and providing psychological and moral support to help them face their illness. The mothers expressed their gratitude and appreciation to Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan, praising the efforts made to bring smiles to their children’s faces and confirming the positive impact of such events in boosting their children’s morale.

As part of its celebrations of Independence Day and national holidays, Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan concluded the University Boxing Championship with the participation of 47 male and female athletes representing 14 Jordanian universities, amid a competitive and sportsmanlike atmosphere. Miss Arifa Bsaisou, representing His Royal Highness Prince Nayef bin Al-Asem, President of the Jordan Boxing Federation, crowned the winners of the tournament, which showcased distinguished performances across different weight categories. Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan Holds Awareness Lecture on Drug Abuse and Its Dangers to Youth

The Deanship of Student Affairs at Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan organized an awareness lecture titled “The Scourge of Drugs and Its Impact on Youth,” delivered by Major Nabil Al-Rawashdeh, Head of Awareness at the Anti-Narcotics Department of the Jordan Public Security Directorate. The event was attended by Dr. Haya Al-Masalha, Vice Dean of Student Affairs, along with officers from the Public Security Directorate’s Media and Community Police units, as well as faculty members and university students. During the lecture, Al-Rawashdeh discussed the most prominent causes behind the spread of drug abuse among youth, including psychological, economic, and social factors, as well as the influence of bad peer groups and lack of family supervision. He also highlighted the negative consequences of drug abuse on individuals, families, and society, such as health and psychological damage, academic decline, and increased rates of crime and violence. Al-Rawashdeh emphasized that community prevention is the first line of defense against narcotics, urging the activation of partnerships between state institutions—especially educational institutions—due to their crucial role in raising awareness among younger generations. He also stressed the importance of equipping young people with life and social skills that enable them to make sound decisions and protect themselves from behavioral and social pressures. He noted that combating drugs is no longer solely a security responsibility but a shared societal duty requiring family, school, university, and community awareness. He added that the Anti-Narcotics Department continues to implement diverse awareness programs and develop interactive approaches aimed at youth, through field campaigns, digital content, and interactive training workshops. Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan Hosts 16th Annual Career Day with Participation of 51 Companies from Various Sectors

On behalf of the Minister of Labor, H.E. Dr. Khaled Al-Bakaar, the Acting Secretary General of the Ministry, Mr. Ibrahim Al-Sakat, inaugurated the 16th Annual Career Day at Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan, organized by the Deanship of Student Affairs with the participation of 51 companies and institutions representing various economic sectors. The opening ceremony was attended by the University President, Prof. Dr. Mohammad Al-Majali, Director of Um Al-Basateen District, Mr. Hamed Al-Khudair, a number of Ministry of Labor representatives, Vice President of the University, Prof. Dr. Tareq Al-Qarameh, along with several deans, department directors, students, and graduates. Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan Holds an Awareness Lecture on Traffic Law and Road Safety

The Deanship of Student Affairs at Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan organized an awareness lecture entitled “Traffic Law and Road Safety Awareness,” presented by Captain Murad Al-Kayed from the Jordanian Traffic Institute. The event was attended by Captain Mohammad Al-Rayyahneh, Head of Al-Juwaideh Police Center, Captain Majed Al-Batoush from Community Police, several officers and members of the Public Security Directorate, Dr. Haya Masalha, Vice Dean of Student Affairs, in addition to a number of faculty and administrative members, and university students. The lecture highlighted the importance of traffic awareness as a key tool for enhancing road safety by explaining core components such as the road, vehicle, driver, means of transportation, driving rules, and governing laws. Captain Al-Kayed emphasized the role of traffic education in reducing human and material losses caused by road accidents. He also presented key elements of the Traffic Law, pointing to regulations and instructions issued under it. Captain Al-Kayed stressed the importance of paying attention to the penalty point system associated with serious violations, explaining its content and significance. He further discussed road safety concepts and the importance of raising public awareness to prevent frequent accidents caused by non-compliance with laws. Moreover, he highlighted the necessity of familiarizing citizens with the Traffic Law, clarifying that it was established to protect lives, reduce violations, and limit traffic accidents resulting from speeding, improper overtaking, or failure to follow safety rules, such as running red lights or not wearing seat belts. Honoring the Winners of the Third Quran Memorization Competition at Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan

The Deanship of Student Affairs at Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan held an honoring ceremony for the winners of the third round of the “Zaytoonah Reciter” competition, which took place during Ramadan 2025 and focused on the memorization and recitation of Surah Aal Imran. This year’s competition witnessed the participation of approximately 47 male and female students from the Faculties of Arts, Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, Science, Nursing, and Engineering. The event was marked by strong competition among participants, who demonstrated remarkable proficiency in memorization and recitation. The scoring results showed an almost identical level among contestants, leading to shared rankings for the top three positions. At the end of the ceremony, the Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Muneer Al-Afeeshat, honored the winning students in the presence of the judging committee and several faculty members. He congratulated the winners on their achievement, encouraging them to continue reading and memorizing the Holy Quran and to participate in the activities organized by the Deanship. The Fifteenth Career Day at Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan

On behalf of the Minister of Labor, Her Excellency Nadia Al-Rawabdeh, the Director of Central Employment and Productive Branches at the Ministry of Labor, Ms. Najah Al-Buraiki, inaugurated the Fifteenth Career Day at Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan. The event was held in the presence of the University President, Prof. Dr. Mohammad Al-Majali, as well as deans and department directors at the university. The Career Day was organized by the Deanship of Student Affairs and featured the participation of 55 companies from the industrial, commercial, health, educational, tourism, and insurance sectors. Prof. Dr. Al-Majali emphasized that this annual event reflects the ongoing communication between the university and its students, as part of its continuous commitment to supporting them even after graduation. The National Library Holds a Documentary Photo Exhibition at Al-Zaytoonah University

The President of Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan, Prof. Dr. Mohammad Al-Majali, inaugurated a documentary photo exhibition organized by the National Library in cooperation with the Deanship of Student Affairs. The opening ceremony was attended by the Director General of the National Library, Prof. Dr. Nidal Ayasrah; the Vice President of the University, Prof. Dr. Tariq Al-Qurram; the Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Muneer Al-Afeeshat; as well as a number of deans and department directors. The exhibition highlights the achievements of His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al-Hussein over the past twenty-five years, featuring a collection of photos and documents showcasing His Majesty’s most notable accomplishments. In addition, the initiative “Your Book is Your Friend” was carried out, during which two thousand free books were distributed to attendees and students, reflecting the commitment of both the university and the National Library to promoting culture and knowledge. Launching the Global Entrepreneurship Week at Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan

The activities of the 2024 Global Entrepreneurship Week kicked off at Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan, beginning with a lecture titled “Entrepreneurial Agility and Strategic Awareness” delivered by Dr. Bilal Al-Wadi, Director of the Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation and CEO of the Jordanian Entrepreneurship Association. The first day witnessed significant student attendance. The Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Muneer Al-Afeeshat, delivered the opening speech on behalf of the University President, affirming that since its establishment, the university has continuously supported innovation, entrepreneurial projects, and creative initiatives. He highlighted the university’s efforts in nurturing and protecting outstanding ideas by organizing activities across its faculties, in addition to initiatives led by the Deanship of Student Affairs and the King Abdullah II Fund for Development Office. The university also established a Technology Transfer Office, an Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center, and an Advanced Design and Manufacturing Center in alignment with its vision and strategy to promote business development, creativity, and innovation. The program included the presentation of four entrepreneurial student projects and success stories (Express Pickup, Edu Swap, Corso, and Madarisna), in addition to the “Alaik Al-Aman” competition with student participation, and an honoring ceremony for several student volunteers engaged in university activities. Dr. Bilal Al-Wadi emphasized that Jordan ranked 15th among 46 participating countries in the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor Report 2023/2024, and 71st out of 132 countries in the Global Innovation Index (GII) 2023/2024. Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan Five-a-Side Football Championship

Under the patronage of the President of Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan, Prof. Mohammad Al-Majali, and in the presence of the Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Muneer Al-Afeeshat, along with a number of faculty members, the final match of the university’s Five-a-Side Football Championship was held between the Faculty of Science and the Faculty of Nursing. The match witnessed a large and enthusiastic crowd from both faculties. The first half ended in a goalless draw despite several dangerous attempts by both teams. At the beginning of the second half, the Faculty of Science took control, with player Ahmad Muslim scoring the first goal with a powerful strike that the Nursing team’s goalkeeper could not stop. Shortly after, player Issa Ouda added a second goal for the Faculty of Science. The Nursing team attempted a comeback, and Abdul Kareem Mshaikh succeeded in reducing the score, raising the level of excitement and competitiveness in the match. However, player Malek Shaheen from the Faculty of Science sealed the victory by scoring the third goal, ending the match with a 3-2 win. At the conclusion of the match, the University President crowned the Faculty of Science team as champions, while the Faculty of Nursing claimed second place.

Al-Zaytoonah University Organizes the Jordanian Universities Short Story Competition

Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan announced the results of the “Jordanian Universities Short Story Writer 2024” competition during the closing ceremony held under the patronage of the University President, Prof. Mohammad Al-Majali. The competition was organized by the Deanship of Student Affairs with the participation of 18 Jordanian universities, under the theme: “Children of Gaza Between Siege and War.” The event reflects the university’s pioneering role in fostering extracurricular and creative activities to enhance students’ personalities and encourage their active participation in building society and strengthening their cultural and intellectual identity. The ceremony was attended by the judging committee members: Prof. Subhieh Al-Qalam, Dr. Amani Suleiman, Writer Suwar Sbeihi, along with guest writers: Samia Al-At’out, Dr. Shahla Al-Ujayli, and Nabil Abdel-Karim, in addition to the Dean of Student Affairs, deans of faculties, and academic and administrative staff members. The University President emphasized the importance of such activities, which coincide with the national celebration of the Silver Jubilee of His Majesty King Abdullah II’s ascent to constitutional powers. He noted that this competition introduces students to influential literary figures, particularly in the field of short stories—the focus of the contest. Al-Zaytoonah University Student Razi Hayasat Wins Bronze Medal at the Asian Boxing Championship Under 22

Razi Hayasat, a student at Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan (a member of the Jordanian national boxing team) from the Faculty of Allied Medical Sciences / Department of Physical Therapy, was crowned with the bronze medal at the Asian Boxing Championship for youth under 22, held in Kazakhstan from April 26, 2024 to May 10, 2024. It was the only medal won by Jordan and Arab countries in the youth category under 22. Hayasat competed in the +92 kg weight category, where he defeated the Kyrgyz boxer in the quarter-final round. It is noteworthy that he finished the bout in the first round and advanced to the semi-finals to face the Kazakh boxer, where he lost on points, earning the bronze medal. It is also worth mentioning that the Jordanian national team participated in the championship with ten players and concluded the tournament with three medals, two in the youth category and one in the under-22 category, achieved by boxers Razi Hayasat, Qais Ashish, and Nazmi Jaradat.


Al-Zaytoonah University Hosts the 2024 Jordanian Universities Taekwondo Championship

Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan hosted the 2024 Jordanian Universities Taekwondo Championship (for both male and female students), organized by the Sports Federation with the participation of 18 Jordanian universities. The tournament was officiated by an elite group of referees from the Jordanian Taekwondo Federation. The championship featured high-level competition among players, with a remarkable audience presence and the participation of top athletes from the national taekwondo team. Amman Al-Ahliyya University won the overall cup for the male category, while the University of Jordan won the overall cup for the female category. Al-Zaytoonah University Hosts University Sports Tournament in Celebration of Independence Day

The Deanship of Student Affairs at Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan, in cooperation with Princess Sumaya University, organized the University Sports Tournament with the participation of eight Jordanian universities: Princess Sumaya, Al-Zaytoonah, Middle East, Applied Science, Islamic University, Amman Al-Ahliyya, Irbid National University, and Al-Isra University. The tournament included competitions in basketball, table tennis, and badminton. Al-Zaytoonah University achieved second place in the overall ranking, winning one silver medal and two bronze medals. In the basketball competition, Al-Zaytoonah’s team secured second place, represented by students: Renad Al-Asrawi, Sari Shouli, and Zainah Souman. In the badminton doubles competition, the pair Rama Abu Salom and Malik Al-Awadi achieved third place after defeating the Islamic University team. In the badminton singles competition (male students), Dia’ Ryalat also secured third place. The celebration was organized by the Deanship of Student Affairs and attended by the Vice President, Prof. Tareq Al-Qarameh, along with college deans, faculty and administrative members, and students. In his speech, Prof. Al-Majali emphasized that Independence Day represents a bright milestone in the lives of Jordanians. This year’s celebration coincides with the Silver Jubilee of His Majesty King Abdullah II’s assumption of his constitutional powers. He explained that Jordan has witnessed comprehensive development, becoming a safe and stable nation and a model of serious efforts toward progress in various political, economic, and cultural fields. Al-Majali stressed that such national occasions are not merely events to be remembered emotionally, but exceptional milestones that represent an ongoing journey. Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan celebrated the graduation of the 28th cohort of students from the scientific, humanitarian, and postgraduate faculties for the second semester of the academic year 2023/2024. The ceremony was sponsored by the University President, Professor Dr. Mohammad Al-Majali. In his speech, Dr. Al-Majali pointed out that it is fortunate that this celebration coincides with Jordan’s festivities marking the Silver Jubilee of His Majesty King Abdullah II’s assumption of his constitutional powers, embodying the magnitude of achievement and reaffirming that this nation is one of security and stability. He emphasized that the university believes in the importance of productive, serious work, operates with high confidence and a unified team spirit, and looks forward to achieving further accomplishments to rival the best Arab and international universities. Dr. Al-Majali expressed his gratitude to the academic and administrative staff for their dedicated and continuous efforts in serving the university. He proudly stated that Al-Zaytoonah is the only private university that enrolls more than fifteen thousand students and aims to increase the number to eighteen thousand. He added that the university is capable of attracting a large number of international students from more than twenty countries, in addition to recruiting qualified academic staff from inside and outside Jordan due to its good reputation and distinguished achievements. He noted that the university has secured advanced rankings in the academic program quality standards, as all its faculties received the Jordanian Quality Assurance Certificate. Ramadan Jafal delivered a speech on behalf of the graduates, expressing his deep gratitude for the university administration and professors for their efforts in guiding the students to this milestone and for placing them on the right path. Traffic Awareness Seminar at Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan

As part of the efforts to raise awareness about the amended Traffic Law and to reduce traffic accidents, the Deanship of Student Affairs at Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan, in cooperation with the Media Directorate and the Community Police of the Public Security Directorate, organized a traffic awareness seminar. The event was attended by several faculty and administrative staff members, along with students. First Lieutenant Mohammad Al-Masa’feh from the Traffic Institute presented an overview of the traffic points system that has been activated as a method to reduce serious violations that lead to accidents resulting in injuries and fatalities, which can be avoided by adhering to traffic rules. He explained that the traffic points system includes several conditions, such as requiring the driver’s license to be Jordanian, violations to be issued in person and directly, and that violations are calculated based on the driver’s license rather than the vehicle license. He clarified how traffic points are calculated and the value of violations, which are published on social media platforms, media outlets, and news websites with the aim of spreading awareness and avoiding such violations. He also pointed out that the Jordanian Traffic Institute recently announced through its social media pages the launch of free educational courses held once a year in all governorates of the Kingdom, aimed at reducing the total traffic points. Furthermore, he indicated that the amended Traffic Law, enforced on 12/9/2023, has significantly contributed to reducing traffic accidents. The seminar also included a presentation of traffic studies prepared by the Public Security Directorate featuring various figures and statistics, as well as an interactive discussion on several traffic-related topics.

The Faculty of Nursing attempted to get back into the game, and player Abdul Karim Mshaikh scored a goal to reduce the deficit, igniting the competition and increasing the excitement. However, player Malik Shaheen from the Faculty of Science scored his team’s third goal, sealing a 3–2 victory. Seminar at Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan on the Impact of Drugs on Social Peace

The Deanship of Student Affairs at Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan, in cooperation with the Faculty of Nursing, hosted Major Nabil Al-Rawashdeh, Head of the Awareness Department at the Anti-Narcotics Department, to deliver a seminar titled “The Impact of Drugs on Social Peace.” The seminar focused on the challenges facing society in combating this dangerous phenomenon. During the seminar, Al-Rawashdeh discussed the social conditions of addicts and the deceptive methods used by drug dealers in promoting drugs. He also highlighted the ways drugs are distributed among friends and their harmful effects on the human body. He pointed out that the stages of drug use include preparation, experimentation, occasional use, and regular use, with the latter being the most dangerous stage of addiction. Al-Rawashdeh emphasized the importance of society having accurate information about drugs, especially with the increasing spread of this phenomenon. He noted the presence of a strong offensive led by global drug cartels and mafias that continuously develop their methods and tools to sustain this destructive trade. He further explained that drugs pose a global threat and no country is safe from their impact. He described drug dealers as “merchants of death,” as they seek to build their wealth at the expense of vulnerable individuals. Al-Zaytoonah University Ranks Third Among Jordanian Universities in the Jordanian Universities Sports Federation Basketball Championship

Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan achieved a remarkable accomplishment in the 3×3 Basketball Championship organized by the Jordanian Universities Sports Federation, securing third place in the competition held at the Arena Hall at Al-Ahliyya Amman University. The team delivered an outstanding performance throughout the tournament, beginning their journey with a sweeping victory over Al al-Bayt University by scoring 15 points. They then triumphed over the Hashemite University, thanks to the exceptional performance of player Farah Al-Eideh. In the following match, the team faced Petra University and defeated them, advancing to the semifinals. In the semifinal round, Al-Zaytoonah’s team faced the University of Jordan in a strong and competitive match, where an experienced player from the University of Jordan secured the win for her team. The team was represented by Sara Al-Shouli, Farah Al-Eideh, Zeina Souman, and Ruba Abu Al-Foul, under the supervision of Ilham Khazneh, Head of the Sports Activity Unit at the university. Such sports activities play a crucial role in developing students’ personalities and provide them with valuable experience through competition with players from other Jordanian universities.


The Seventh Final Football Match for International Students Held at Al-Zaytoonah University

The Deanship of Student Affairs at Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan organized the seventh final football match for international students at the university’s indoor sports hall, where the participating teams competed in a highly competitive and energetic atmosphere. The match showcased an impressive level of individual talent and outstanding team performance. In the final match, the Syrian community team succeeded in defeating the Egyptian community team with a score of 2–1, in an exciting and entertaining game. This championship is part of the efforts of the International Student Affairs Unit to strengthen bonds of friendship and goodwill among students of various nationalities, fostering team spirit and unity in a distinctive sports environment. At the end of the match, Dr. Haya Masalha, Deputy Dean of the Deanship of Student Affairs, crowned the winning team with the championship trophy. The match was attended by a number of faculty and administrative staff members, as well as students.


Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan Crowned Champion of Jordanian Universities in Men’s Team Kata

The karate team at Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan achieved a remarkable accomplishment by winning the title of the Jordanian Universities Championship in the Men’s Team Kata category. The championship was held under the patronage of the University President, Professor Dr. Mohamed Al-Majali, in the presence of Vice President Professor Dr. Tariq Al-Qarm, President of the Jordan Karate Federation Mr. Hassan Masoud, Dean of Student Affairs Dr. Muneer Afeshat, Dean of the Faculty of Arts Dr. Mousa Al-Zghoul, along with several deans, faculty and administrative members, students, and karate enthusiasts, adding a distinguished atmosphere to this sporting event. A total of 21 Jordanian universities participated in the competition, which showcased strong performances by athletes from the national karate team. Al-Zaytoonah University excelled in the Men’s Team Kata category, winning first place after a fierce competition against the University of Jordan. The team also secured several advanced positions in other categories. The President of Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan, Professor Dr. Mohammad Al-Majali, bid farewell to the student delegation traveling to perform Umrah. The delegation consists of 100 students from various majors, accompanied by several staff members from the Deanship of Student Affairs. Dr. Al-Majali emphasized that the university strives to strengthen Islamic values among its students by organizing such spiritually enriching trips, which promote noble ethics and sincerity in action. Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan Celebrates the Graduation of Its 29th Cohort

Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan celebrated the graduation of the 29th cohort of students from its scientific, humanities, and postgraduate programs for the first semester of the 2024/2025 academic year, under the patronage of the University President, Professor Dr. Mohammad Al-Majali. In his speech during the ceremony, Dr. Al-Majali welcomed the attendees, saying: “It is my pleasure to warmly welcome you today as we gather to celebrate the graduation of a cherished group of students from our beloved university — a university that embodies sincerity, dedication, and generosity in a nation where efforts unite to remain a model of resilience, progress, and prosperity.” He added that this celebration coincides with the Kingdom’s festivities marking the birthday of His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al-Hussein, may God protect him, as well as the upcoming month of Ramadan, a month known for noble values such as patience, love, and brotherhood. Dr. Al-Majali emphasized that the university holds graduation ceremonies at the end of every academic semester in honor of its students, who represent shining milestones of achievement and creativity. He stressed that Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan will continue to stand as a distinguished academic institution and a symbol of excellence. He also pointed out that the university is proud to be an integral part of this beloved nation and that its contribution is a continuation of the country’s progress. He affirmed that the university continues to advance confidently, achieving significant development through sound planning and sincere efforts. Dr. Al-Majali highlighted that Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan is the only private university that currently hosts 16,000 students and recently obtained approval from the Higher Education Council to increase its capacity to 18,000 students. The university has also succeeded in attracting international students from more than twenty countries, in addition to highly qualified faculty members from inside and outside Jordan. He stated that the university now offers 34 undergraduate programs and 15 postgraduate programs. He continued, saying: “The university has achieved leading positions in academic program quality standards and has made remarkable progress in global rankings, scientific research, community service, and student services.” He added that the university is proud of its accomplishments in signing agreements, organizing conferences, improving infrastructure, enhancing extracurricular activities, supporting outstanding students, and ensuring job security for all employees. Dr. Al-Majali stressed that celebrating graduation is one of the key milestones that reflects loyalty and devotion to this beloved nation. He expressed his gratitude to the students and their families, wishing them a bright future, and extended his appreciation to the faculty members, wishing them continued success. Student Razaan Shahada delivered a speech on behalf of the graduates, stating: “I congratulate you on the graduation of a new class from Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan — a university that continues to excel and give. Today, we celebrate young graduates equipped with knowledge and determined to uplift their nation. I extend my gratitude to our esteemed professors for their efforts, and to our parents for their constant support. I pray that God protects Jordan under its wise Hashemite leadership and blesses it with security and prosperity.” At the end of the ceremony, the University President awarded certificates to the graduates and distributed honors to outstanding students. The total number of graduates reached 964 students, including 918 bachelor’s degree graduates and 46 master’s degree graduates.


Panel Discussion at Al-Zaytoonah University Titled: “The Role of Jordan and the Hashemites in Defending the Palestinian Cause”

As part of the national campaign “Palestine is Our Compass and Jerusalem is Its Crown,” Al-Zaytoonah University, in cooperation with the Knights of Change Association, organized a panel discussion titled “The Role of Jordan and the Hashemites in Defending the Palestinian Cause.” The event featured the participation of His Excellency Dr. Hazem Qashou, His Excellency MP Firas Al-Ajarmeh, and His Excellency Dr. Hossam Al-Sharida. At the beginning of the session, University President Dr. Mohammad Al-Majali highlighted Jordan’s historical stance toward the Palestinian cause, emphasizing that it remains Jordan’s central national issue. He confirmed that the Hashemite leadership has, throughout history, embodied noble and honorable positions by standing with the Palestinian people in their legitimate pursuit of freedom and the establishment of their independent state on their national land. Dr. Al-Majali also spoke about the national and regional role of His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al-Hussein, who has continuously led international and Arab efforts to stop aggression, deliver humanitarian aid to Gaza, support the health sector, break the siege, and supply field hospitals with medical necessities. He further noted the university’s efforts in organizing solidarity stands with massive student participation, as well as hosting impactful seminars, exhibitions, and expressive murals. For his part, Dr. Hazem Qashou stressed Jordan’s prominent role in supporting the Palestinian cause, noting that it has always been the Hashemites’ foremost priority and Jordan’s central national issue. MP Firas Al-Ajarmeh praised Jordan’s heroic role in Palestine since the early days of occupation, emphasizing that the blood of Jordanians has watered the soil of Palestine in defense of its sacred land. He commended His Majesty King Abdullah II’s political efforts to stop the aggression on Gaza, and reaffirmed the Hashemite role as custodians of Islamic and Christian holy sites in Jerusalem. He also praised the efforts of Jordanian security institutions in protecting national unity and enabling citizens to freely express their sentiments. Dr. Hossam Al-Sharida addressed the roots of the occupying entity, which he described as founded on extremism, killing, and destruction, and he applauded the diplomatic and political efforts led by His Majesty King Abdullah II to stop the war on Gaza. Finally, Ms. Rahma Al-Ezza, representative of the Knights of Change Association, stressed the importance of this event, describing it as a national day of solidarity with the people of Palestine and the Gaza Strip. Al-Zaytoonah University Holds the Final Match of the International Students’ Five-a-Side Football Championship

In celebration of the Silver Jubilee of His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al-Hussein’s assumption of his constitutional powers, the Deanship of Student Affairs at Al-Zaytoonah University organized the 6th International Communities Five-a-Side Football Championship. The final match was attended by His Excellency Mr. Nidaa Sousi, Deputy Ambassador of Syria, His Excellency Mr. Jamal Al-Khalidi, Cultural Attaché at the Palestinian Embassy, and Dr. Munir Al-Afeeshat, Dean of Student Affairs. The match witnessed fierce competition between both teams, featuring remarkable individual skill and strong team performance. The championship concluded with the Palestinian students’ team winning 5–4. At the end of the event, the winning team was awarded the championship cup by the Dean of Student Affairs. The International Students Office continues to organize such annual tournaments to strengthen bonds of friendship, unity, and brotherhood among international students.

Al-Zaytoonah Crowned Runner-Up in the Jordanian Universities Karate Championship With Gold, Silver, and Two Bronze Medals

Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan achieved the runner-up position and secured second place in the Jordanian Universities Sports Federation Karate Championship, which witnessed the participation of 21 public and private universities and more than 200 male and female competitors. The university’s team won first place in the Men's Team Kata category, after outperforming its group rivals: Al al-Bayt University, Jordan University of Science and Technology, and Philadelphia University. The team was represented by students Nazmi Atif Hussein, Younis Abdullah, and Mohammad Atif Hussein. Individually, student Nazmi Atif achieved second place and a silver medal in Men’s Individual Kata after defeating the representative of Jordan University of Science and Technology, Anas Saad, and advancing to the finals, where he competed against the player from Philadelphia University. Points difference placed him in second place among 15 competitors from various universities. Additionally, student Younis Abdullah Al-Ywanseh won third place and a bronze medal in Men’s Individual Kumite (Under 55 kg). He defeated the Hashemite University player Omar Al-Najjar to reach the semifinals, where he faced a player from the University of Jordan, losing due to the opponent’s experience. Student Mohammad Atif Hussein also achieved third place and a bronze medal in the Men’s Individual Kumite (Under 60 kg). He won against a player from the University of Petra, and then faced a competitor from Jordan University of Science and Technology, losing by point difference and settling for third place. At the end of the championship, Professor Nazeer Obeidat, President of the Jordanian Universities Sports Federation, awarded Al-Zaytoonah the second-place trophy and medals, bringing the university’s total medal count to one gold, one silver, two bronze medals, and the runner-up trophy in the overall standings. The University President, Prof. Mohammad Al-Majali, congratulated the winning students, affirming the university’s continuous support for outstanding athletic talent.

The University President, Professor Dr. Mohammad Al-Majali, stated that this occasion is dear to the hearts of all Jordanians, and that the culture of celebrating national events enhances the values of loyalty and belonging to our beloved homeland and its wise Hashemite leadership. Dr. Al-Majali affirmed that Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan will remain committed to supporting national unity and the comprehensive development process under the Hashemite banner led by His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein. The carnival featured a bus decorated with national slogans and flags, along with participation from a number of students from various faculties under the supervision of the Student Clubs Division at the Deanship of Student Affairs.
