Establish the health center’s policy and determine the types of examinations that can be provided to beneficiaries according to the university’s policies.

Develop a plan for the center's readiness to receive beneficiaries in both regular and extraordinary situations.

Supervise the use, calibration, and optimal utilization of the measurement and examination devices used in the center according to manufacturers' recommendations.

Oversee the provision of treatment services, emergency care, and referrals to hospitals for students, university staff, and the community if necessary.

Participate in various medical committees, including those responsible for student and staff medical examinations, medical committees for sick leave approval, health insurance committees for students and university staff, and other public health-related committees.

Supervise the provision of necessary medications, equipment, and medical supplies for treatment services.

Oversee the provision of health insurance services to university students through agreements with insurance companies.

Follow up and evaluate the performance of the center’s departments and make necessary decisions for their operation.

Prepare the annual plan and report for the center.

Prepare the annual budget proposal and financial plan for the center.

Follow up on the implementation of the center’s quality procedures and update them in cooperation with the Accreditation and Quality Assurance Office.

Prepare and conduct opinion polls and studies, using their results to improve the services provided.

Supervise the document room at the center, ensuring documents are continuously updated and old records are properly disposed of.

Diagnose and assess the condition of patients, including students and staff, through clinical examinations.

Refer patients who require laboratory tests or X-rays to the appropriate facilities.

Prescribe the appropriate treatment for each case, and refer patients to specialists or hospitals if necessary.

Participate in various medical committees, including those responsible for medical examinations for students and staff, sick leave approval committees, health insurance committees for students and staff, and other health-related committees.

Prepare medical reports as required.

Review health insurance claims from a medical and financial perspective.

Guide and direct staff at the center to ensure they follow proper medical protocols.

Assist the physician in conducting necessary examinations and performing required nursing duties.

Respond to emergency cases, transport them to the emergency room, provide initial medical care, and, if necessary, accompany them to the hospital.

Prepare lists of essential medical supplies and equipment within the clinic and nursing rooms.

Coordinate with laboratory technicians to receive and deliver laboratory results.

Inspect the emergency room daily to ensure it is prepared for emergency cases.

Ensure the cleanliness and sterilization of medical instruments and equipment.

Ensure the readiness of the ambulance.
