The Faculty of Arts creates a supportive learning environment for the local community, and this is reflected in various forms of engagement with the community. Some of the key examples include:

Seminars, Workshops, and Lectures: Faculty members from the Primary School Teacher Department have conducted numerous seminars, workshops, and lectures at various schools in Madaba, Umm Al-Basatin, and Amman. Additionally, the Department of Basic Sciences (Humanities and Scientific) has contributed through training courses with the Public Security Directorate, alongside activities organized by the Department of Arabic Language and Literature.

Research Projects: Scientific research projects supported by the university and relevant to local community institutions, such as schools and special education centers, have been completed

Community Service Activities: The college provides opportunities for students and faculty members to engage in community service activities, both inside and outside the university campus. This is driven by a sense of belonging to the community and a desire to contribute to its service
