The College of Arts, through its vision and mission, seeks to achieve excellence in performance and continuous development by activating a policy of scientific openness and intellectual exchange, keeping pace with scientific and administrative advancements. The development and modernization policy in the college is pursued in two directions: Internal Direction: This focuses on the scientific and administrative development of the teaching and administrative staff. The college aims to equip them with the latest scientific expertise that enables them to oversee the evolving knowledge space. The college is dedicated to supporting scientific research and projects related to the knowledge economy, human knowledge, and serving the issues of our beloved country. Additionally, the college works to activate quality policies to ensure the success of development plans in its programs. Efforts are made to enhance the college with scientific expertise from both within the country and abroad, supporting modernization plans. The ultimate goal of these efforts is to provide students with valuable knowledge that ensures the success of their education, cultural development, and openness to ever-renewing sources of knowledge. External Direction: This focuses on the college's openness, in terms of both its intellectual and administrative elements, to the local community. This is in response to the university's policy of serving local community issues and contributing to the development of its intellectual and social needs. The college, through its vision and mission, seeks broad cultural exchange with scientific and societal institutions through conferences and seminars. It also works to establish new specializations that align with global knowledge developments and the needs of the knowledge economy.
