Admission Procedures (New Students)
  • Review the university website or the Admissions and Registration Department to learn about admission requirements and criteria.

  • Submit the required documents, complete the admission application, and obtain a university number from the New Students Office.

  • Visit the Finance Department.

  • Issue a university ID.

  • Take the placement tests (Arabic, English, and computer).

  • Complete the course registration form and verify the course number and section.

  • Sign the form by the student and academic advisor.

  • Submit the form to the relevant registrar to complete the registration process in the computerized system.

  • Obtain the student's user number and password from the Admissions and Registration Department to access the student's electronic portal.

  • Review the university website to learn about the academic schedule and courses offered for a specific semester, as well as announcements from the Admissions and Registration Department, such as drop and add courses, registration, the final exam schedule, the university calendar, and any other student-related matters. The website serves as an official source for communication, notification, and information transfer to students.


Required Documents
  • Original high school transcript, or a duly certified copy.

  • A copy of the birth certificate.

  • A copy of the civil status ID.

  • A copy of the passport.

  • Two (2) personal photos.

  • Military service booklet for Jordanians (males) and a copy thereof.

  • Diploma and transcript certified by the Jordanian Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research for students seeking bridging admission.

  • Students who have obtained a diploma from outside Jordan must submit a letter from their educational institutions stating that this certificate qualifies them to continue their university education at the bachelor's level in their home country.

  • Students transferring from other universities must submit a transcript from the university from which the student transferred, certified by the Jordanian Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and a certificate stating that no disciplinary action has been imposed against the student during their studies at the university from which they transferred.
