• Admitting and registering students according to the admission criteria established by the Jordanian Higher Education Council.

  • Preparing a personal file for each student; their identification documents and academic record throughout their studies, and storing them in the Records Department.

  • Auditing student files.

  • Preparing academic programs, final exam schedules, and the university calendar, distributing and announcing them to the relevant authorities.

  • Announcing results after approval by department councils and college deans.

  • Preparing the necessary arrangements for student registration and course registration, monitoring student study loads according to instructions, and following up on the drop and add processes.

  • Following up on the affairs of students transferred from other universities.

  • Preparing lists of students on probation and dismissed, and informing them of their academic status.

  • Preparing lists of outstanding students.

  • Preparing lists of students expected to graduate, reviewing their study plans, and auditing their files and academic status.

  • Following up on the implementation of study plans in the electronic system.

  • Providing information systems that facilitate decision-making by academic and administrative leaders and preparing student reports for use within and outside the university.

  • Issuing graduate certificates and printing transcripts, certifications, and required documents in both Arabic and English.

  • Preparing bulletins, brochures, leaflets, and forms for the office of Admission and Registration.
