The Deanship of Scientific Research and Graduate Studies at Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan was established at the beginning of 2006. Among its foremost mandates were supervising, organizing, encouraging, and supporting scientific research and graduate studies. This arrangement continued until 2019, when the Deanship of Graduate Studies was separated from the Deanship of Scientific Research.
The Deanship of Graduate Studies is one of the university’s supporting deanships. It is entrusted with the oversight, monitoring, and development of graduate programs, in coordination with the university’s faculties and academic departments, in order to realize the university’s vision of providing opportunities for students who wish to pursue postgraduate studies.
The Deanship supervises and follows up on graduate programs and organizes the admission process for the master’s programs offered by the university, which currently comprise fifteen programs distributed across eight faculties as follows:

The Deanship of Graduate Studies is committed to enhancing its role in providing distinguished services to graduate students and to keeping pace with international standards by offering robust support for graduate programs and activities. This commitment is reflected in the steady increase in the number of graduate programs and the corresponding rise in the number of students of diverse nationalities enrolled in these programs. As of the beginning of the 2025/2026 academic year, the number of graduate students across all programs stood at 483, while the cumulative number of graduates from the university’s master’s programs since their inception has reached 1197.
