Goals

• Implementing the Deanship’s annual plan through periodic monitoring and continuous improvement, in alignment with its vision and mission and the University’s strategic plan.

• Monitoring the performance of the Graduate Studies Council and its committees, ensuring integrity and transparency in their work, in order to achieve the objectives of the Deanship efficiently and effectively.

• Encouraging and supporting the publication of research derived from outstanding theses in internationally indexed scientific journals, in order to strengthen creativity, leadership, and innovation.

• Utilizing financial, material, and human resources to prepare specialists for professional, academic, and research careers in fields that meet the needs of the labor market and advance sustainable development.

• Developing and implementing effective communication mechanisms with graduate students and alumni.

• Expanding and developing joint programs with local, regional, and international academic institutions, and enhancing social responsibility.

• Applying quality assurance standards in all areas of the Deanship’s work and continuously enhancing the quality of graduate programs.

• Introducing new graduate programs and developing the curricula of existing academic programs to meet the needs of the labor market and to enhance competitiveness.
