The department in Brief:

The Department of Public Relations has been going on with the development of Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan since its establishment in 1993. The DPR has been playing an important role in strengthening the relationships between Al-Zaytoonah and other universities and educational institutions both on the local as well as the international levels.

The DPR has been implementing its plans that aim to enhance the relationship of the university with leaders of thought, scientists, educationalists and politicians and with the various media to disseminate the news of its activities and programs of the study.

The DPR’s message is to give an impressive picture about the university in the fields of public relations, media, scientific, and cultural cooperation, to document the university’s activities in teaching, scientific research and community service, to work towards attracting students and distinguished instructors, and build bridges of cooperation and partnership with the various types of media.

 

objectives:

Strengthening communication with social media and academic institutions.

Disseminating the university’s message, philosophy, activities and news through the various media devices.

Continuous contact with the university’s departments and collages to meet their heads of publications and media service.

 Preparing suitable environment for students’ activities and publicizing them through media.

5. 

Coordinate the various services offered to the community publicizing them.

6. 

 Receiving university’s guests and organizing the programs for their visit inside the university and outside.

7. 

 Participating in the preparations of scientific and cultural conferences and seminars by offering the departments concerned the logistic support needed.
