About the Program \ Cybersecurity :   

The Cybersecurity program was established in 2020, and it includes specialized laborites in each of the following fields: Networks and Security, Digital Forensic, Information Security and Penetration Testing, and Networks Operating Systems. The department aims to prepare and qualify cadres specializing in Information Security and Protection. In addition to knowledge of the basics of Computer Science and Networks by gaining practical experience in Network Security, Encryption, Cloud Security, Incident Response, Risk Management, Ethical Hacking, and Penetration Testing. To fill the need of the national, regional, and global market with specialized graduate in Information Security through a dynamic program that addresses today’s pressing challenges. The Cybersecurity specialization is an applied specialization, which increases the opportunity for the student with actual practical application, which in turn leads to increasing the student’s experience and excellence in this field. Specialization brings together Computer Networks and Information Security, with a focus on methods and techniques for protecting information and its security, whether on the network or within a computer.
