Professor of Modern literature
We, in the faculty of Arts, believe that good faculty teaches, but distinguished one makes change possible. Accordingly, our vision and mission seek to enhance excellence and continuous improvement in performance through policy of scientific, cognitive and, managerial openness.
This policy consists of two approaches, internal and external. In the former, our aim is to provide faculty staff with contemporary teaching methods and experiences, with considerable attention to research and knowledge economy-based projects. To make faculty programs more successful and completely student-centered, we insistently activate quality teaching and learning.
As for the external approach, the faculty strives to be community- oriented. This means building a shared vision with the local community. To achieve this purpose, faculty may hold several conferences and seminars, and start to develop new programs respond to community needs.
